Cupcake Baking

These are on here a little late, but they're pretty cute pictures. I baked six dozen cupcakes for my kids at Homework Club and for two Easter get-togethers. Amy came over and helped me decorate!

I got this chick idea off of Martha Stewart. It's an upside-down cupcake without a liner, frosted, and covered with toasted coconut. The eyes are snipped pieces of black licorice laces, red licorice laces on top, and a whole almond for the beak.

These bunnies were cute and scrumptious! Cupcakes with liners, frosted, and coated in coconut. The ears are large marshmallows cut in half and dipped in pink decorative sugar. The nose and eyes are jelly beans and the teeth are mini marshmallows.

Amy and I had fun decorating the chicks and bunnies. We took some to the Cain family Easter.
